{Day 16} of 31 Days of Balance: Set Reasonable Goals

Set reachable goals for yourself or you will end up burned out every. single. time.

Are your goals...

  • Simple?
  • Measurable?
  • Significant?
  • Tangible? 
  • Rational?
 If not, you may need to re-evaluate where exactly you're headed. Take baby steps. Reward yourself (not with food...that's another whole post) along the way. When you get behind, just keep moving. It might take you longer than you expected. That's okay, as long as you keep your balance.

Write your goals down. Write down the steps to reach them. And then start taking them.
