You can't go full speed all the time. The going, the running, the thinking, the talking...must all be balanced by silence and stillness. Even though you must keep moving for balance, it's okay to set cruise control. When you're searching for balance and working toward that goal, being still and quiet is a part of getting there.
Every day I make this drive to class...
I normally make it in silence. No radio. No talking on the phone. Just quiet. Even if traffic is bad, the view and the quiet calm me. It's just 20 minutes, but sometimes it's just what I need.
